IT is notified for the General Public that one of our client has agreed to purchase all the piece of land bearing Survey No. 275, Hathel Buth, Dadu measuring 13.8 Acres of Land with all the Construction raised thereon, through its duly authorized Partner Syed Usman Ali son of Syed Raza Ali having their Office at Plot No. D-28, Sector 12-A, North Karachi, Karachi. Any person/persons or asset/Financial/any other institution (except Habib Metropolitan Bank, Habib Metropolitan Bank which has lien on the said property) having any objection, claim, lien etc. should send the same in writing within 7 days of publication of this notice, along with documentary evidence/s through registered AD mail failing which the sale of the said property will be completed and no objection or claim will be entertained thereafter.
