OUR client has contracted to purchase Double Storied Bungalow on Plot No. 34-C measuring 150-0 sq yards, situated at Gospel Homes Housing Scheme, S.No. 245/2 and 245/4 Deh Sari Tapa and Taluka Qasimabad, District Hyderabad, from M/s. (1) Babar Ali S/o Tariq Jawaid & (2) Mst: Sohni W/o Tariq Jawaid, free from all encumbrances, dues, disputes etc. Any person / authority or bank having claim / objection should inform us with documentary evidence within (7) days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which transaction of the said Bungalow shall be completed in favour of our client and after that no objection shall be entertained.
