IF is notified for all concern that our client has obtained declaration of gift of an Immovable property i.e. Open Commercial Land admeasuring 4840 sq yds 2 acre) out of 3 Acres 28 Ghunttas, Sector No. 19-C, Deh Songal Tappo Gujro (KDA Scheme No. 33), now sub division Gulzar-e-Hijri District East Karachi from Muhammad Tahir Ahmed Shaikh S/o Nisar Ahmed Shaikh having CNIC No. 42201-0462472-1, holding duly registered General Power of Attorney of owner of said property (Mst. Hajiani Sharrifa as per her CNIC Mst. Sharifa Bibi W/o Abdul Gaffar (Late) holding CNIC No. 42301-9043435-8) by virtue of Deed of Conveyance, vide registration No. 1065 of Book No. I dated: 10/03/1994 registered before the Sub Registrar T. Division-XII, Karachi, M.F. Roll No. 1909, Dated: 02/04/1994 and the said property is free from all claims, charges, burdens, demands, interests, objections, or encumbrances whatsoever in nature with marketable title and with peaceful vacant physical possession. Any person(s), companies, banks or financial institutions, authorities and under Local Government, Provincial & Federal Government, Corporation having rights title, interest, line or any objection(s), of whatsoever nature to the gift i transfer of the said property should notify the same to the undersigned in writing along with documentary evidence under registered A/D within 07 days from the date hereof, failing which, all claims, lines, objections whatsoever nature shall be deemed to have been waived, and gift transfer transaction of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client Ameen Ahmed Advocate High Court.
