PUBLIC at large are hereby notified that our clients Asif Rafiq Chand and Mohammad Rafiq Chand are the real, lawful and bona fide owners and have in their possession of all original title documents of valuable property bearing Commercial Plot No: 1-C, measuring 200 sq. yards situated at Khayaban-e-Seher, Phase-VI, D.H.A., Karachi and names of our client is still borne in the record of D.H.A. and the property is also cautioned marked by D.H.A. and said property is subject matter of three Suits bearing Nos: 537 of 2018, Suit No: 1485 of 2010 and Suit No: 651 of 2014 as well as HCA No: 195 of 2014 and all are pending adjudication in the Sindh High Court at Karachi wherein the status quo/injunction is operating and all the parties have been restrained from selling, transferring, encumbering, mortgaging and dealing & creating any third party interest in any manner whatsoever. It has come to our client's knowledge that some persons namely Syed Raza, Fawad Rehman, Akmal Amin Paracha, Shaikh Amir Hassan, who are an expert in getting fraudulent orders/decrees from the Courts again trying to create further third party interest over our client's property in gross violation of Court's injunction orders. Any person / persons, authority, firm, company, bank, agency, institution or body dealing in any manner with the above-mentioned plot of our clients, all such transactions shall be treated as null and void which shall be at their own risk as to costs and consequences and shall be of no legal effect, which please note.
