WHEREAS, i. Mst. Qaisar Sultana (Mother), ii. Obaid Akhtar (Husband), iii. Ovaish Fatima (Daughter), iv. Mohammad Omer Obaid (Son), v. Adeen Zehra (Minor Daughter) & vi. Muhammad Ebrahim Osman Obaid (Minor Son) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer of the title of property bearing Commercial Building on Plot No.C-7-C, Khayaban-e-Ittehad, Phase-VII, measuring 100 Sq. Yards Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 212 of 2018 dated 07/09/2018, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mrs. Shagufta Obaid W/o Mr. Obaid Akhtar & D/o Mr. Ali Haider Mallick who died on 13/05/2013 as per Death Certificate dated 02/07/2015, and had acquired the said property by way of gift through Declaration & Confirmation of Oral Gift registered as No.5118, Book I, dated 23/11/2006 from her father Mr. Ali Haider Mallick S/o Mr. Mazher ul Aleem, the entry for which is required to be made in the record of this office. It is, therefore, notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, right or interest in the aforesaid property should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
