Fareeda Amin Wd/o Mr. Muhammad Amin Yaqoob was member of the Sindhi Muslim Cooperative Housing Society Limited Karachi and also joint co-owners / transferee of Residential Bungalow / Plot No. 82, Block "A", admeasuring 854.1 square yards with City Survey No. 160 has gifted of her undivided share/rights in the said residential Bungalow/Plot to her real daughter Mst. Manal Mohiuddin (already co-owner) D/o Muhammad Amin Yaqoob & W/o Ghulam Mohiuddin Zakria, vide Declaration & Confirmation of Oral Gift, duly registered before Sub-Registrar-I, Jamshed Town, Karachi at No. 2291 Book No. I dated 29.06.2018 and DSU Karachi, BoR Sindh, RD:2291/ SRO:17/Doc Type:22 dated 17.08.2018 and five shares valued at Rs.250/- already standing in the name of Mst. Manal Mohiuddin D/o Mr. Muhammad Amin Yaqoob & W/o Ghulam Mohiuddin Zakria. Any person or persons or Financial Institution having any objection/claims against the recording of the said Gift of undivided share/rights held by Mst. Fareeda Amin Wd/o Mr. Muhammad Amin Yaqoob in the Residential Bungalow/Plot No. 82 Block "A" SMCHS Karachi in the name of the Donee Mst. Manal Mohiuddin D/o Muhammad Amin Yaqoob & W/o Ghulam Mohiuddin Zakria, should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within fourteen (14) days on publication of this notice hereof failing which the needful will be done accordingly after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection / claims if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note: The said plot is purely a residential bungalow plot. No bifurcation/sub-division is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-house / Multi-storeyed-building/Flat-site/Office-Plaza/ Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-arcade / Super-market / Commercial-Plaza / Showroom / Restaurant / Hotel / Motel / School / Wedding-lawn / Hall / Cinema-hall / Cineplex / Security-Company etc. is not allowed. The undertakings for the same have already been submitted by the Donor and Donee. In case, if the plot is privately sub-divided / bifurcated and / or violation of any clause of these Undertakings, the Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Sub-Lease will stand cancelled.
