IT is notified for the information of the general public that House No. D-24 measuring 350 sq.yards, situated at Navy Housing Scheme, Clifton Cantt; Karachi, held on lease in Sch: IX-B of the CLA Rules, 1937, in the name of Cdre. (Retd) Syed Noori Pasha S/o Mr. Bashir Ahmed, in the record of this office. Thereafter, the above named lessee expired on 08/09/2018 at Karachi leaving behind under-mentioned Legal heirs vide Letter of Administration dated 22/11/2018 issued by District Judge, Karachi (South):- i. Mrs. Naseema Pasha (Widow) ii. Mrs. Musarrat Pasha Moon (Daughter) iii. Mr. Rizwan Pasha (Son) iv. Mrs. Farheen Pasha Umar (Daughter) Now, above named legal heirs have applied for mutation / transfer of the lease hold of above said property in their names by way of inheritance in MEO Karachi. Any objection against proposed mutation of lease hold rights of House No. D-24, measuring 350 Sq. Yards situated at Navy Housing Scheme, Clifton Cantt; Karachi in favour of above named legal heirs must reach in the Office of the Military Estates Officer Karachi Circle Karachi Cantt situated at 252-B Sarwar Shaheed Road Karachi - 7400 within 15 days of the publication of this notice. In case no objection is received within the time specified, the lease hold rights of the property in question will be mutated transferred in favour of above-named legal heirs and no subsequent objection / claim will be entertained.
