MY client has contracted to purchase Apartment No. A-1005, measuring 1350 square feet, 10th floor Saima Springfield Apartment, Block A, constructed on Plot No. 18 Sheet No. FT-13, Frere Town Quarters, Karachi, free from all disputes, suits, demands, dues, hindrances, loans, liens, mortgages and encumbrances of whatsoever nature, with complete physical vacant possession from its owner Mr. Ashraf Rao S/o Mr. Haroon, holder of CNIC No. 42301-4252157-3. Any person, body or authority having any claim, right, title, interest or share of any nature whatsoever in the said property or any objection to the said sale should notify to the under signed and concerned authorities, along with documentary evidence under registered post with acknowledgement due within seven days from the date of publication of this notice. Failing which claims, lien or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said property shall be conveyed and transferred in favour of my client.
