WHEREAS, property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 130, 22nd street, Phase-VI, measuring 600 sq. yards Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi stands in the name of Mr. Shahid Mehmood S/o Mr. Abubaker Tayeb as per the existing record of this office Mr. Shahid Mehmood has transferred the lease hold rights of the above said property by way of sale through regd. conveyance deed dated 22/03/2007 to Mrs. Shamaila Tariq W/o Mr. Tariq Masud Khan. Mrs. Shamaila Tariq has mortgage the said property in favour of M/s. Faysal Bank Limited through regd. mortgage deed dated 29/05/2007, but she has failed to pay the loan / credit facility to the said bank and M/s. Faysal Bank Limited has auctioned the said property through public auction vide notice published in daily dawn dated 15/12/2008 and transferred the said property through regd. sale deed dated 14/05/2009 through its attorney's namely (1) Syed Ali Sajjad Naqvi S/o Syed M. Zakariya & (2) Mr. Nouman Sarfaraz S/o Mr. Sarfaraz Ebrahim to the highest bidders namely (1) Mrs. Salma Jamal Khan W/o Khan Yousuf Jamal (2) Mr. Khan Yousuf Jamal S/o Wasiullah Khan & (3) Mr. Hassan Jamal S/o Mr. Khan Yousuf Jamal the entries for which are required to be made in the record of this office. Subsequently, out of above named 03 co-sharers one co-sharer namely Mr. Khan Yousuf Jamal S/o Wasiullah Khan died on 07/09/2014 as per death certificate dated 31/08/2015, leaving behind the following legal heirs:- i. Mst. Salma Jamal Khan (Widow) ii. Vasi Omer Jamal (Son) iii. Hassan Jamal (Son) iv. Haani Jamal Khan (daughter). Now, the above named legal heirs have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the share of the above said property in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in SMA No. 386 of 2017 dated 11/10/2017, issued by court of District Judge at Karachi South being the sole legal heirs of (late) Mr. Khan Yousuf Jamal. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person/persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property, should file his/her/their objection/objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the share of property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
