THIS to inform all concerned & General Public that my valued client Mr. Naeem Ahmed S/o Rashid Ahmed, contracted to purchase House on Plot No. 54/III, Survey Sheet No. 35P/1, measuring 467 sq.yds., Block No. III, situated at C.P. & Berar Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Karachi, Membership Registration No. 271, from its Co-Owners (1) Syed Mahmood Shah Gillani S/o (Late) Nawaz Shah Gillani & (2) Nasreen Imtiaz W/o Shaikh Imtiaz Hussain & D/o (Late) Nawaz Shah Gillani by virtue of Agreement dated: 06/05/2017, unfortunately one of the Co-Owner Syed Mahmood Shah Gillani died before Transferring his shares of the said property in the name of my client thereafter one Civil Suit No. 671/2018 filed by my client in the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi against legal heirs (1) Nusrat Mahmood Gillani (Widow) (2) Syed Adnan Gillani (Son) (3) Syeda Meher Nadim Bukhari W/o Syed Nadim Aftab Bukhari (Daughter) & (4) Syed Zeeshan Gillani (Son) and in the said suit order dated: 16/11/2018 and decree dated: 10/01/2019 passed by the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi and other co-owner Nasreen Imtiaz executed and registered General Power of Attorney along with Sale Agreement dated: 03/10/2017 in the name of my client, therefore my client on the basis of sale agreement & Registered General Power of Attorney of Nasreen Imtiaz and above legal heirs of deceased Mahmood Shah Gillani on the basis of court order dated: 16/11/2018 and decree dated: 10/01/2019 passed by Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi applied for transferring of above said property before Secretary C.P. & Berar Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. In the name of my client, if any person, company or department have any objection or claim can lodge complain within (07) days of the publication with written, documentary, evidences to the Secretary C.P. & Berr Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi, situated at Ghazi Salahuddin Road, Masjid Al-Kibria, Block No. 7 & 8, Karachi-74800 after the expiry of the said period no claim or objection shall be entertained and transfer of the said property shall be completed in the society record in all respect.
