BY this publication, all concerns and the general public are informed that our client has contracted to purchase the Residential / Commercial Plot of Land bearing No. 242, admeasuring (720 plus 280 = 1000 Square yards), out of the total area of Survey No. 332/333 measuring 03 Acres 01 Ghunta, situated at Deh Drigh, Tappo Malir, Karachi, (hereinafter referred to Said Property) along with Dealership Contract with Pakistan State Oil for the business in the name and style of M/s AL-Faisal Petroleum Service (PSO), over the said property, free from all dues, disputes and claims whatsoever nature, from its owner namely Mr. Shaheen Ghazanfar son of Mr. Muhammad Ghazanfar, holding CNIC No. 61101-1496713-3. Anybody including individual or persons, financial institutions, bank or any other loan giving agency having any claim or objection towards the above said property should notify us or directly to the Sub-Registrar, Shah Faisal Town, Karachi with documentary evidence by registered A/D post within Seven (07) days from the date of this publication, after expiry of this notice period, all such claims or objections shall be deemed to have waived off and the transfer proceedings and / or Sale Deed of the above said property including Dealership Contract with PSO should be completed in the name and in favour of our valued client before the Sub-Registrar and PSO concerned.
