MY client has contracted to purchase open sub-divided plot of land Bearing No. F-92/1-A-1, measuring 355.55 square yards, situated at Block No. 7 KDA Scheme 5 Clifton Karachi, from its owner Mrs. Gulshan Aslam Verani W/o Aslam Verani Holding CNIC No. 42201-0500068-0, resident of Flat No. A-12 Noorani View Apartment Garden East Karachi, free from all encumbrances mortgages dues, charges etc with full vacant possession. Any person bank authority having any claim or objection of whatsoever nature should notify the same to the Astt Director Land, Scheme No. 5, Clifton having office at 3rd Floor Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Karachi and also to me also to me along with documentary evidence under Registered A/D/TCS cover within seven days from the publication hereof failing which claim if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
