WE 1) Muhammad Akram Memon son of Muhammad, 2) Muhammad Naveed son of Muhammad Akram and 3) Kamran Yousuf son of Yousuf have applied for mutation the Amalgamated Commercial Plot No. 27/44 measuring 2596 Square yards situated in Modern Housing Co-operative Society Ltd, Block 7/8, Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi which they have acquired by deed of Amalgamation. Any person or authority having any objection in the above property should notify the undersigned and (1) Honorary Secretary, Modern Housing Cooperative Society Ltd, Karachi (2) Managing Director, Karachi Cooperative Housing Societies Union Ltd, Karachi and (3) Section Officer, Works Division, Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad together with documentary evidence under registered post within seven(7) days from the publication hereof, failing which all claims and objections whatsoever shall be deemed to have been waived and the mutation shall be made in favour of us.
