FAUZIA D/o Zakaria Abdul Aziz (as per CNIC Fauzia W/o Wahid) expired on 11-02-2011 member of this Society vide Membership Number. 1293 and allottee of Plot No. A/81, measuring 240 sq yds situated in Sector 19/A/4 Scheme-33 Karachi, her legal heirs have submitted papers for transfer in favour of (1) Abdul Wahid (Husband) (2) Waqas (Son) and (3) Hina (Daughter) in Society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
