Society Ltd., Karachi standing in the above said joint names as well as five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in the name of Mr. Iqbal Esbhani S/o (Late) Juma Noor Muhammad Esbhani (Principal holder) to be transferred in the name of Mr. Obaid Saleem Patel S/o Muhammad Saleem to be the Principal Holder, should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within (14) fourteen days on publication of this notice hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and objection / claim if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived.
