MY client, Mst. Ruqayya Wd/o Salahuddin Ayub, holding CNIC No. 42301-0259391-4, resident of Karachi, have been appointed as an Administrator of 50% undivided share of Plot No. B-36, measuring 500 square yards, Street No. 11, Block 7, Gulshan-e-Faisal Co-operative Housing Society, Bath Island, Karachi, in S.M.A No. 103/2015, by the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi, as widow and one of the legal heirs of deceased Salahuddin Ayub S/o Ayub the owner of 50% undivided share of the above mentioned property and has applied to the Administrator, Gulshan-e-Faisal Co-operative Housing Society, Bath Island, Karachi, for mutation of 50% undivided share of the above mentioned property in the names of legal heirs of deceased Salahuddin Ayub S/o Ayub viz (1) Mst. Ruqayya Wd/o Salahuddin Ayub. (2) Mst. Sadaf Tahir D/o Salahuddin Ayub. (3) Mst. Nida Haris D/o Salahuddin Ayub. (4) Talha S/o Salahuddin Ayub and (5) Taha S/o Salahuddin Ayub, in the record of Gulshan-e-Faisal Co-operative Housing Society, Karachi. If any legal or natural person(s), banks, leasing company, body, financial institute, loan advancing agency, authority / government and semi government departments, having any right and interest, claim, objection over the above mentioned property plot of land or mutation of the same in the name of legal heirs of deceased Salahuddin Ayub S/o Ayub should notify the under-signed and the Administrator, Gulshan-e-Faisal Co-operative Housing Society, Karachi, with documentary proof through registered A.D. and TCS within 7 days from the date hereof, failing which all claims and objections of whatsoever nature shall be deemed to have been waived and 50% share of the above mentioned property left by deceased Salahuddin Ayub S/o Ayub, will be mutated and transferred in the names of his above mentioned legal heirs of deceased Salahuddin Ayub S/o Ayub.
