MY client has contracted to purchase leasehold open industrial plot No. 10/8, Sector 16, measuring 821.66 sq.yds., Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi from M/s. D.S.I. Corporation (Pvt) Ltd. through his Director Mr. Muhammad Sadique Desai S/o Shabbir Ahmed Desai, CNIC No. 42301-2624784-9, with peaceful physical and vacant possession, free from all sorts of encumbrances whatsoever nature. Any person / authority having any objection / claim should notify the (1) Sub-Registrar, Korangi Town, Karachi and (2) Assistant Director Industrial, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi undersigned with documentary evidence under Registered A/D within seven days from the date hereof failing which any claim / objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and Registrar of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client Shamim Associates, Cell No. 0300-2903091.
