In this connection any party, person, agency having any claim, right, dispute, title, lien, or any objection whatsoever should notify the same to the Sub-Registrar-II, Saddar Town, Karachi, along with documentary proof / evidence within seven days, from the date of publication of this notice failing which any claim, lien, or objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the execution / registration of sale deed, of the above said property shall be completed.
