IT is to notify for Public that Mr. Sikandar Ali S/o Haji Noorullah Dahraj member / owner of Residential Bungalow on Plot No. 10/D, Block `A', Measuring 600 sq yds. Bearing City Survey No. 128, situated in Sindhi Muslim Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi who had died on 28.07.1984, leaving behind legal heirs i.e. (1) Mst. Zubaida (Widow) (2) Mr. Faisal Sikandar (Son) (3) Mr. Saleh Khan Dehraj (Son / Petitioner) and (4) Mst. Paras Mubashir (Daughter) have applied to the Society for Trans / Mutation of the above said Residential Bungalow Plot in their joint names. The Letters of Administration granted by the Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi in favour of Mr. Saleh Khan Dahraj S/o (Late) Sikandar Ali Dahraj in Succession Misc. Application No. 93 of 2013 vide Orders Dated 11.12.2013 of the Hon'able High Court of Sindh Karachi in the matter of an application for Letter of Administration in respect of Estates / Immoveable Property of (Late) Sikandar Ali Dahraj S/o Haji Noorullah Dahraj, under Section 278 of the Succession Act, 1925 to administer the said Property of the deceased and also applied for transmission of five (05) shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in the name of Mr. Sikandar Ali S/o Haji Noorullah Dahraj to be transferred in the name of Mr. Saleh Khan Dahraj S/o (Late) Sikandar Ali Dahraj to be the Principal Holder. The legal heirs and repersentatives of (Late) Mr. Sikandar Ali S/o Haji Noorullah Dahraj member / owner of the above said Residential Bungalow Plot have applied for issuance of Duplicate Allotment Letter / Order of the said Plot in lieu of Original one reported lost / misplaced, supported by FIR No. 18 Dated 09.05.2005 lodged in City Court Police Station Karachi and Indemnity Bond. Any person / persons or financial institution / organization having any objection / claims against the Transmission / Duplicate Allotment Letter / Order of Residential Bungalow Plot No. 10/D, Block `A' S.M.C.H.S. Ltd., Karachi in their joint names and five (05) shares in the name of Mr. Saleh Khan Dahraj S/o (Late) Sikandar Ali Dahraj to be the Principal Holder, shall inform the undersigned in writing along with proper documentary evidence within 14 days hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the Managing Committee and no objection / claims shall be entertained after the said stipulated period of this publication and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note:- The said plot is purely a residential Bungalow Plot. No Bifurcation / Sub-Division is allowed. Construction of any type of Town-houses / Multi-storied-building / Flat-site / Office-Plaza / School / Clinic / Hospital / Shopping-Arcade / Super-Market / Commercial-Plaza / Showroom / Hotel / Motel / Wedding-Lawn / Restaurant / Hall / Cinema-Hall / Security-Guard etc. is not allowed. Undertaking for the same has already been submitted by the Legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Sikandar Ali S/o Haji Noorullah Dahraj. In case, the plot is privately sub-divided / bifurcated and / or violation of any clause of the Undertaking the Allotment Order / Mutation Letter / Lease-Deed will stand cancelled.
