WHEREAS, i. Mst. Robeena Shaheen (Widow) ii. Shahban Ahmed (Son) iii. Kamran Ahmed Sheikh (Son) iv. Shaikh Nadeem Ahmed (Son) &, v. Mst. Zahra Shafiq Shaikh (Daughter) have applied to the Military Estates Office, Karachi Circle Karachi for transfer the property bearing Bungalow on Plot No. 38-B, Circular Street, Phase-II, measuring 1000 Sq. Yards Defence Housing Authority, Clifton Cantonment, Karachi in their favour on the basis of Letter of Administration in S.M.A No. 51 of 2001 dated 23/04/2001, issued by High Court of Sindh at Karachi being the sole legal heirs of (Late) Mr. Shafiq Ahmed S/o Shaikh Feroz Din died on 07/04/1999 as per Death Certificate dated 30/04/1999. It is therefore notified for the information of all concerned that any person / persons having any claim, rights or interest in the aforesaid property should file his / her / their objection / objections in writing within 15 days of the publication of this notice, in the office of the Military Estates Officer, Karachi Circle at 252/B, Sarwar Shaheed Road, Karachi failing which the property will be transferred in favour of the above mentioned legal heirs and no objection (whatsoever) received thereafter will be entertained.
