MY client has contracted to Purchase Open Plot No. 214, measuring 2000 Square Yards, 24th Street, Phase VIII E-8, D.H.A, Karachi, from Mr. Azam Hussain Sachwani S/o Mohammed Hussain Sachwani (L), holder of CNIC No. 42301-6805457-3, residents of Karachi, Any person, body or authority, having any claim, right, title, interest or share of any nature whatsoever in the said property or any objection to the said sale should notify to DHA Office, Karachi and undersigned, along with documentary evidence under Registered Post within Seven days from the date of publication of this notice, failing which claims, lien or objections if any shall be deemed to have been waived and the said property shall be conveyed and transferred in favour of my client.
