MY client has agreed to purchase an Double Storyed Bungalow along with Air Raid Shulter constructed on Plot of Land Bearing No. 24-C/II, 9th Central Street, Phase II (G+1) measuring 600 sq.yds., or thereabout, situated at Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority, Karachi with vacant and physical possession from Rana Zahid Hussain Khan S/o Rana Raftar Ahmed Khan (Late) resident of Karachi, free from all claims, dispute, encumbrances, mortgages, charges, etc. Anybody, institution, authority, board, bank or loan giving agency having any objection and claim should notify me along with documentary evidence under Regd. A.D within seven days from the date of publication of this notice failing which the same shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer process shall be completed in all respect.
