THIS is to inform general public that we, (1) Azra Saleem, (2) Shazia Aslam, (3) Nadia Jamal, (4) Saima Javed, (5) Anum Danish, (6) Naseema Khatoon, (7) Ahsan Saleem and (8) Mohsin Saleem being the legal heirs of Saleem Zaki (late), are appointing Mr. Zeeshan Saleem Zaki as our duly authorized attorney with regard to Saima Twin Tower Project. If any person / bank / institution / authority has any interest, claim, right, title, lien or any sort of objections whatsoever over and in respect of said transaction, he / she / they / it should notify the same within 7 days of publication of this Public Notice with documentary evidence to Sub-Registrar Gulshan Town I, Karachi. Any claim received after the said 7 days shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived and no negligence / carelessness shall be accepted in this regard and the said transaction in respect of the said land by the legal heirs of Saleem Zaki (late) shall be completed.
