I have contracted to release my 50% share to other co-partner Mr. Muhammad Muzammil S/o Abdul Rasheed, holding CNIC No. 42301-9177870-7, in all that industrial leasehold plot of land Bearing No. D-60/A-1 SITE Survey Sheet 35P/1-35l/13 admeasuring 0.25 acre situated in Sindh Industrial Trading Estate Limited, Trans Lyari Quarters, Karachi, free from all encumbrances, liens, mortgages, dues, bills, & charges etc with vacant peaceful possession. Any possession, bank authority having any claim or objection of whatsoever nature should notify the same to Secretary of SITE Ltd Manghopir Road, Karachi along with documentary evidence under registered AD cover / TCS within 07 days from publication hereof failing which claims line or objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived off and transfer / release of the said property shall be completed in favour of other co-partner.
