REFERENCE to published in Daily Dawn on 09-04-2019. In respect of Residential Plot No. 13/II, Zulfiqar Street No. 1, Phase VIII-A, measuring 500 yards DHA. I Mrs. Afshan Saboohi W/o Masood Ahmed Khan CNIC: 42000-0450114-6 as a owner of said Plot is Cancelling this agreement which was done on 07-04-2019 with Mr. Farhan S/o Muhammad Hayat 42201-9656707-9 due to non payment from the buyer on times as settled in agreement so the deal / agreement stand cancelled as per mutal understanding and agreement of both Parties (Seller and Bayer) and also agreed that no claim will be claimed against each other and the said plot is free from all claims. The deal shall be treated as cancelled null & void and plot is open for sale. Hatimi Estate Plot 28-C, 25th street Tauheed Commercial Phase V, DHA 0321-3787622.
