THE general public at large is informed that Mr. Asad Mughal S/o Syed Ahmad Jan is the owner of Plot No. 93, Sector K/2, measuring 10 marlas, Phase 3, Hayatabad, Peshawar. He has given its Power of Attorney to Muhammad Yasir S/o Muhammad Saeed through Deed No. 861, Bahi No. 04, Vol No. 82, dated 24/04/2019. Now, Mr. Muhammad Yasir wants to transfer the plot through the given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank or department etc has any objection on this transfer, it should inform to the undersigned in written within 15 days of this advertisement.
