Notice to the: Hu Chungxi Hu Zhanjin, House No. 421, N-Block, DHA, Lahore. Whereas, in above-mentioned case, it has been proved to the satisfaction of the court that the above-mentioned person(s) served in the ordinary way. It is, therefore, proclaimed under Order 5, Rule 20 of CPC that the said person(s) shall appear personally or through duly authorized Representative or Pleader in court at 08:00am on 17-09-2019 otherwise the proceedings will be taken against you ex-parte.
