THE general public at large is informed that Shop No. 06, (Ground Floor), Survey No. C&D, 542/3-8, situated at Biloor Plaza, Sadar Road Peshawar Cantt, is held in the name of Mst. Farzana Gul w/o Khalid Gul as per Cantt Board record. That, Mst. Farzana Gul w/o Khalid Gul has sold the above-said shop to Mr. Tahir Ali Asghar and Sagheer Asghar s/o Ali Asghar through registered document No. 879, Bahi No. 11, Vol No. 117, dated 28-06-2019, giving its Power of Attorney to Mr. Anees-ul-Rehman s/o Muhammad Rafeeq. Now, Mr. Tahir Ali Asghar and Sagheer Asghar sons of Ali Asghar have filed an application in this office along with Registry to transfer the said shop in their own names. If anyone, bank or firm has any objection on the said above transfer, he / it should inform the undersigned with proof within 15 days of this advertisement.
