I have contracted to purchase Shop No. M-122B, measuring 67 sq ft located on mezzanine floor together with 67/6,89,864th undivided share in piece and parcels of plot of bearing Survey No. 2, Survey Sheet FT-3, project known as, "Glass Tower" Frere Town Quarters, Clifton, Karachi, from Mrs. Sakina Bano W/o Jawed, Muslim holding CNIC No. 42301-4963798-8, R/o Karachi, free from all claims, dues, taxes, liability and any person, authority, bank, institution or loan giving agency having any claims, right, title, interest, lien or objection should notify us and under Sub-Registrar Clifton Town-II, along with documentary evidence within 7 days from the date hereof otherwise transaction shall be completed in favour of mine.
