OUR client has agreed to purchase Flat No. 711, 10th Floor, measuring 760 square feet, "SUMYA BRIDGE VIEW" constructed on Plot No. 159-R, Block-3, Pakistan Employees Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Karachi, from Mr. Mohammad Nasir Ghani Son of Abdul Ghani Basathia, NICOP No. 423013-657673-7 with peaceful physical vacant possession and free from all encumbrances, charges, liens, mortgages, disputes, litigations, demands and dues. Any persons, banks, authorities, having any claim / objection should notify the same to us as well as Sub-Registrar-I, Jamshed Town, Karachi, with documentary evidence within seven days. Failing which all claims / objections shall be deemed to have been waived and abandoned.
