PUBLIC at large is informed that Mr. Akbar Hassan S/o Umar Hassan, is the owner of Plot No. 791, Sector F-8, Phase 6, measuring 5 marlas, Hayatabad, Peshawar. He has given its Power of Attorney to Talha Hassan S/o Akbar Hassan through vide Deed No. 270, Bahi No. 04, Volume No. 87, dated 30-07-2019. Now, Mr. Talha Hassan wants to transfer the plot through given attorney. Therefore, if any individual, bank or department etc has any objection on this transfer, it should inform the undersigned in writing within 15 days of this advertisement.
