PUBLIC is hereby informed that Plot of Land bearing No. 34 in Sector 15, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi, measuring about Two (02) Acres standing in the name of MESSRS. ALPHA INDUSTRIES is owned and possessed by our clients; MST. AFSAR HAROON WIDOW OF HAROON AKHTAR, MS. MADIHA HAROON, RAHEEL HAROON AND ADEEL HAROON BY VIRTUE OF FAMILY SETTLEMENT. MRS. NOOR-US-SABAH WIDOW OF MUHAMMAD HANIF AND HER CHILDREN, THE LEGAL HEIRS OF LATE MUHAMMAD HANIF are claiming their right in the aforesaid Plot, as such Suit bearing No. 1134 of 2006, filed by our clients is pending adjudication in the Honorable High Court of Sindh at Karachi. Our clients have come to know that some person or persons are trying to negotiate sale and transfer of the aforesaid Plot, as such public is hereby warned not to enter into any agreement of sale or transfer of the Plot, as our clients have no intention of selling the same, pending adjudication of the suit, and if any person or persons or company deals with the same, then they shall do so at their own cost / risk and consequences and any transaction if done shall be treated as null and void. In this connection earlier also a Public Notice was published under the instructions of our Clients in daily Dawn "English" of 5th May, 2012 and Jang "Urdu" of 7th May, 2012.
