ONE of our clients has agreed to purchase FROM SARDAR MUNIR AZAM S/0 SARDAR AMIR AZAM, HOLDING CNIC NO. 42301-3970867-5 ALL THAT AGRICULTURAL LAND MEASURING 48 ACERS BEARING SURVEY NOS. 327, 328 & 341 EACH CONSISTING OF 16 ACRES MAKING A TOTAL OF 48 ACRES, DEH SIMKI, TAPO GUJJO, SITUATED AT TALUKA MIRPUR SAKRO, DISTRICT THATTA free from all disputes, encumbrances, charges, mortgages, lispendens, litigation and liens of any nature whatsoever with vacant and peaceful physical possession, anyone having any right, title, claim or interest in the aforesaid land is required to send objections under registered post with A/D and by courier supported by documentary evidence to the undersigned within seven days of the publication hereof failing which the sale in favour of our client shall be completed.
