Party-I Umer Talat Khan has divorced his wife Ramsha Malik and got himself separate from her and Party-II submitted the same in the said council to make it affective. To proceed further into the matter, notice/regd. notice have been served to the Party-I Umer Talat Khan, but Party-I Umer Talat Khan is not responding the notices deliberately. The services of Party-I Umer Talat Khan is not going to be effected through ordinary mean. Therefore, Party-I Umer Talat Khan is directed through newspaper to attend the council in person or through counsel on 20-09-2019 at 09:00am, failing which, exparte proceedings shall be initiated against him and divorce certificate will be issued in this regard.
