Party-I Hafiz Awais Malik has divorced his wife Mst. Kaiynat Asim and got himself separate from her and Party-I submitted the same in the said council to make it affective. To proceed further into the matter, notice/regd. notice have been served to the Party-II, but Party-II is not responding the notices deliberately. The services of Party-II is not going to be effected through ordinary mean. Therefore, Party-II is directed through newspaper to attend the council in person or through counsel on 07-10-2019 at 10:00am, failing which, exparte proceedings shall be initiated against him and divorce certificate will be issued in this regard.
