I, Syed Amjad Ali S/o Syed Abid Ali, R/o Karachi, has purchased Shop No. 4 on Ground Floor, measuring 122 square feets in Building No. 37-C, Rahat Lane No. 1, whole measuring 200 square yards Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi from (1) Mr. Amanat Ali S/o Haji Sultan Ahmed, R/o House No. 7, Block-1, Karadar Police Station Karachi, for self and attorney of Mr. Aijaz Ahmed S/o Mr. Rehmat Ali, through vide GPA attested by consulate General of Pakistan in Jeddah Saudi Arabia dated 24-01-2000 at No. Att/376/2000 and (2) Mr. Muhammad Islam Shaiq S/o Mr. Muhammad Tufail, R/o 9/C, 35th Street, Tauheed Commercial Area, Phase-V, DHA, Karachi, through Certified True Copy (CTC) Documents i.e. Transfer Order, A-Lease, Proposed Map, Proposed Letter, Completion Map, Completion certificate & C-Lease, (all the related documents have been lost) the FIR has been lodged in Alfalah Police Station vide FIR No. ALF-8/30/2018-765 dated 30-08-2018, now the above mentioned parties are going to execute Sub-Lease in my favour at basis the of certified true copy (CTC) if any person, authority bank or any Financial Institution having any objection should direct intimate Sub-Registrar-I Clifton Town Karachi within 7 days with documentary evidence failing which any claim/objection shall be deemed to have been waived and transaction shall be completed.
