PUBLIC at large is informed that property Survey No. 155/2, situated at Sir Syed Road / Alfalah Bazar, Peshawar Cantt is held on lease in the name of Mr. Mintaqa Khan S/o Ghulam Mustafa as per Cantt Board Record. That, Mr. Mintaqa Khan S/o Ghulam Mustafa passed away on 08-03-2016 and the followings are his legal heirs. (Messors), 1. Mst. Wali Rehmat, 2. Muhammad Shoaib, 3. Muhammad Ibrahim, 4. Mst. Ayesha Waqar, 5. Mst. Amina Mintaqa, 6. Mst. Maimoona Mintaqa, widow, sons and daughters of Mr. Mintaqa Khan. Now, Messor Mst. Wali Rehmat etc has filed an application with letter of Administration in this office to transfer the said-above property in their own names, dated 28-02-2018. Therefore, if any person, bank or department has any objection on the said-above transfer, he / it should contact the undersigned in writings within 15 days.
