OUR client has contracted to purchase from KUMAIL RAZA son of MUHAMMAD RAZA, holding CNIC No. 42201-6098599-5, his residential Flat bearing No. 205, on the Second Floor, measuring 1400 sq.ft., in the building known as IZHAN GARDEN, situated at Property No. JM-1/91, Dayaram Giddumal Road, Jamshed Quarters, Karachi with delivery of vacant and peaceful possession and transfer of title in favour of our client, free from all encumbrances, liabilities, claims, liens, litigation, mortgage, charges, disputes, taxes and outstanding dues of whatsoever nature. Any person or persons, banks and financial institutions having any objections, claims, right, title, charge, lien, mortgage, interest or dispute with regard to sale / purchase / transfer of the Flat should intimate the same in writing to us at the following address within seven (7) days from the date of the publication of this Notice, failing which the sale / purchase / transfer shall be completed treating objections of any kind, if any as waived and given-up.
