I, Hereby Inform the General Public that I Salman Mehtab S/o Mr MehtabUddin CNIC No. 42301-8829546-3 had a Sale Agreement dated 11-04-2019 of lease hold open Plot No. 92/I, 7th Commercial Street, Phase-IV measuring 300 square yards situated in Pakistan Defence Housing Authority Karachi with Mr Amer Farooq S/O Mr. Abdul Rauf Siddiqui CNIC No. 42501-3510251-1. But now they are not willing to buy the said plot and my deal with Mr Amer Farooq S/O Abdul Rauf Siddiqui CNIC No. 42501-3510251-1 Has Been Cancelled. Therefore The Sale Agreement Dated 11-04-2019 Signed By Mr Amer Farooq shall be treated as cancelled and in future he will have no claim on the above said property.
