Amber Afzal, CNIC # 517-70-533884 free from all encumbrance, dues, any claim, dispute, mortgage whatsoever. Any person, authority / bank, institute or agency having claims or objection should notify to concern department with documentary evidence under Registered AD cover within seven days from the date hereof failing which all claims, objections shall be deemed to have been waived and the transaction shall be completed in favour of me.
