Fayyaz Muhammad through legal heirs Bilqees Begum (widow), Umer Aslam, Abdullah (sons), Humera Aslam, Sumera Aslam, Saima Aslam, Ayesha Aslam, Bushra Aslam, Durdana Aslam daughters of Ch. Muhammad Aslam (deceased) caste Arain, r/o H. No. 142/C, near Arain Hall, Nigyana Colony, Water Supply Road, Sargodha. Whereas in the above mentioned case it has been proved that the above mentioned Defendant cannot be served in the ordinary way. It is therefore proclaimed that if the said Defendant will/shall not appear in Court at 8:00am on 18-11-2019 the proceeding will be taken ex-parte.
