OUR client has contracted to Purchase Apartment No. A-1303, 13th Floor, in the Project Known as "Bon Vista Apartments" constructed on Plot No. FL-14, Block-2, KDA Scheme No. 5, Clifton Karachi. (through JIWANI ESTATE 021-35833772) from Mrs. Shahjahan Zaidi wife of Mazahir Hussain Zaidi, CNIC No. 42301-8348718-6, legal and lawful attorney / Sub-Attorney Fazila Bhimji D/o Hyder Ali Bhimji, NICOP No. 423015-746664-2 free from all dues charges, encumbrances, disputes, loans with vacant Physical Possession. Any person, authority, bank having any objection, claim should notify to the Sub-Registrar-II, Clifton Town Karachi and also to us with documentary evidence under registered A/D cover within 7 days from date hereof failing which any claim whatsoever shall be deemed to have been waived and the transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of our client.
