IT is notified for the information of General Public that House on Plot No. 309, measuring 550 sq.yards situated at Defence Officers Housing Scheme No. I, Malir Cantt: Karachi stand in the names of (1) Mrs. Tahseen Akhtar W/o Mr. Akhtar Hussain & (2) Mr. Saqib Hussain Ansari S/o Mr. Akhtar Hussain, in Schedule IX-A of the CLA Rules, 1937, in the record of this office. Out of the above-named lessees, one Mrs. Tahseen Akhtar (Co-lessee) due to natural love and affection has intended to gift away her undivided share of the lease hold rights of above-mentioned property in favour of her real son Mr. Saqib Hussain Ansari, holding CNIC No. 42101-8710617-3 S/o Mr. Akhtar Hussain (already co-lessee) by way of Oral Gift under the provision of Muhammadan Law vide Declaration of Oral Gift dated: 06-08-2019.
