OMER Akram Tabba S/o Akram Karim Tabba member of this Society vide Membership Number 1101 and allottee of Plot No. A/118, measuring 240 sq. yds. situated in Sector 19/A/1 Scheme-33 Karachi, has submitted papers for transfer in favour of (1) Muhammad Yahya Zakaria S/o Zakaria Abdul Aziz and (2) Muhammad Essa Zakaria S/o Zakaria Abdul Aziz by virtue of Sale Agreement in Society's record. Anybody having any claim / interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within eight days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Kathiawar Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., Adamjee Nagar, Block 'A' Tipu Sultan Road, Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed after the period so notified.
