I, Erum Niaz wife of Hafiz Waqar Ahmed NIC 42501-6333493-0, am owner of Flat No. 1, 1st Floor, 900 square feet on Plot No. 19-C, 21st Commercial Street, DHA Phase-II-Extn., Karachi. My husband Hafiz Waqar Ahmed fraudulently got General Power of Attorney from me on 18-04-2019 vide Registration No. 311 which was registered in the office of Sub-Registrar-I, Clifton Town, Karachi. Now I, hereby revoke / cancel the said General Power of Attorney therefore Hafiz Waqar Ahmed cannot deal from with my said Flat in any way. The Sub-Registrar-I, Clifton Town, Karachi has been informed by way of written Notice and this publication with request not to entertain said Registered General Power of Attorney which stands revoked / cancelled. 0308-2190639.
