MY client has contracted to purchase Flat No. 904, on Ninth Floor, measuring 1900 square feet, in the project known as "Sawera Residency" Sub-Plot No. IV, Plot No. 167-J, Block 3, PECHS, Karachi, from Mr. Muhammad Hussain S/o Muhammad Yousuf Abdul Rahim, CNIC No. 42201-0349194-1, resident of Karachi, with peaceful physical and vacant possession free from all sorts of encumbrances whatsoever nature any person / authority having any objection / claim should notify the Sub-Registrar I, Jamshed Town , Karachi, and undersigned with documentary evidence under registered A/D within seven days from the date hereof failing which any claim objection if any shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer of the said property shall be completed in favour of my client.
