OUR client has contracted to purchase commercial Plot No. 2/4 (ST-2) Sector No. 24 measuring 444.44 square yard situated in Korangi Township Karachi, from Syed Nasrul Hasan Hashmi Son of Haji Muhammad Jumil-ur-Rehman holding CNIC No. 42101-4467261-1, resident of Karachi, free from all dues, taxes and all other liabilities, litigation, suites, disputes, mortgages, of whatsoever nature. Any person, bank, authority having any claim should notify us and KDA Karachi and undersigned within (07) days. Failing which any claim shall be deemed to have been waived and transfer shall be completed favouring our client.
