THAT the Original Documents of my property Residential House Bearing No. LC/140 Sector 2-A measuring 64 sq yards, Lines Area KDA Scheme No. 35, Karachi has been mis-placed / Lost somewhere and despite thorough efforts could not be traced out till date, the lost report has also been lodged in the concerned Police Station. Now I am intending to obtain CTC (certified true copy) file of the said property. Therefore if anybody or any department, organisation, financial institution having any objection in respect of lost documents of the said property, they should contact to the KDA concern authorities within 7 days.
