MR. Muhammad Ashraf S/o Muhammad. Member of this Society vide membership No. 578 and allottee of Plot No. 536, measuring 199 square yards, situated in Block "C" of Adamjee Nagar, died on 13-06-2015 and his legal heirs namely (1) Muhammad Talha Ashraf (Son) (2) Farzana W/o Muhammad Ashraf (Widow) (3) Summayya Hamza (Daughter) and (4) Rabya Ashraf (Daughter), have applied for transfer of Plot in their names by virtue of Inhertiance. Anybody having any claim / Interest in this regard, should convey the same in writing within seven days of this publication to Honorary Secretary, Karachi Co-operative Housing Societies Union Ltd. Office at near Hill Park adjacent Hill Park Hospital Shaheed-e-Millat Road Karachi, failing which no communication from anybody would be entertained and transfer proceeding would be completed, after the period so notified.
