Block 'B' measuring 1222.2 sq.yds including 222.2 sq.yds., Alignment Land with City Survey No. 278 and had gifted; transferred the said residential Bungalow / Plot in favour of Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman vide declaration and confirmation of oral gift deed duly registered before Sub-Registrar-1, Jamshed Town Karachi at No. 1646 Book No. 1 dated 21.05.2019 and D.S.U. Karachi BOR Sindh RD: 1646 / SR0: 17/Doc Type: 22 dated 18.07.2019. Mst. Mehmooda Bano D/o Mir Mohammad Sultan & Wd/o Mir Khalil ur Rehman (Late) and Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman have now applied to the S.M.C.H. Society for recording of registered declaration and confirmation of oral gift deed of the said residential Bungalow on above said plot along with (05) five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in the name of Mst. Mehmooda Bano D/o Mir Mohammad Sultan & Wd/o Mir Khalil ur Rehman (Late) to be transferred in the name of Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman to be the "principal holder". Any person or persons or financial institution having any objection / claims against the recording of the said registered gift of the residential Bungalow on Plot No. 27 Block 'B' S.M.C.H.S. Karachi standing in the name of Mst. Mehmooda Bano D/o Mir Mohammad Sultan & Wd/o Mir Khalil ur Rehman (Late) to be transferred in the name of Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman, along with (05) five shares valued at Rs. 250/- standing in her name to be transferred in the name of Mir Ibrahim Rahman S/o Mir Shakil ur Rahman to be the "Principal Holder" should inform the undersigned in writing with proper documentary evidence within (14) Fourteen days of publication of this notice hereof failing which the needful will be done after the approval of the managing committee and objection / claims if any shall not be entertained and shall be deemed to have been waived. Note:- the said plot is purely a residential Bungalow Plot. No. Bifurcation / Sub-Division is allowed.
